Much to be desired, unfortunately asking if they survived choice, prime steaks non one seemed to know. But finally the chef tells the waiter it’s angus and states it’s one step above prime. We ordered New York strip. It looked great and the flavors were good but the quality of steak was terrible 😞 no marbling at all. The steak was extremely chewing. More like a 10$ steak not the 70$ they charged.

Final Thought
The New York strip steak looked appealing and had decent flavor, but the quality left much to be desired. With no marbling and an extremely chewy texture, it felt more like a $10 steak than the $70 we were charged. I wouldn’t recommend it.
